Nikki Lehmann grew up in the country on a dairy farm and completed most of her schooling at Clare High before finishing her final two years at Charles Campbell Secondary while living in the North East.

After completing Year 12, Nikki began her career in the hospitality and tourism industry, including roles aboard the Murray Princess as Leading Hand Dining. It was during her late teens that she discovered her true passion for people and real estate.

Nikki’s real estate career began in 2009 with a traineeship at Derek Lynch and the Professionals of Modbury. Over nearly a decade, she developed her skills as a sales professional before continuing with LJ Hooker Walkerville/Modbury. Driven by a desire to spend more time with her young son, Nikki transitioned into a New Business Manager role in Property Management for Boffo Real Estate, where she further honed her expertise.

Known for her honest, friendly, and caring approach, Nikki prioritises her clients’ most valuable assets and consistently delivers outstanding results. She is committed to ongoing professional development in both sales and property management, ensuring she remains at the forefront of the industry.

Charly Doman has always been destined to work in the Real Estate industry. With her father Sam Doman, a successful agent and her mother Sonya running one of the largest property styling companies in South Australia.

Joining the family business and in particular the property management department, Charly has already proven that she has the drive needed to succeed in the business and our clients love the way Charly gets the job done right, first time.

Charly’s level-headedness is well-suited to property management where there is a long-term balance between ensuring property owners’ expectations are continually satisfied, maximising investment property returns, while also providing a safe and comfortable home for tenants to live in.

With over a decade of real estate experience, Natalia is an integral part of our team. As Office Manager, she oversees all administration for the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while combining her industry knowledge with strong management skills.

Throughout her career, Natalia has developed deep insight into the real estate industry. Having purchased and sold several properties herself, she understands first-hand the challenges and emotions involved in buying and selling a home. Her ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, clients, vendors, and purchasers ensures that every transaction is handled with care, professionalism, and a touch of creativity.

Outside of work, Natalia is a proud wife and mother of two young boys. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, hiking, and living an active, healthy lifestyle.
